Job Title: Electrician
Qualification: Any Graduate/HS passed
Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in real estate
Key Responsibilities:
- . Carry out electrical installation, wiring, and maintenance work at construction sites.
- . Install and maintain electrical systems such as lighting, power outlets, panels, and distribution boards.
- . Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely repairs.
- . Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.

- . Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth project execution.
- . Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify issues.
