Hiring: CRM Executive

*Experience:* 2 to 4 Years

*Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

## Job Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.

* Draft and respond to professional emails with customers and internal teams.

* Maintain and update customer data accurately.

* Prepare reports and manage data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.

* Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

## Required Skills:

* Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.





* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Ability to draft professional emails.

* Solid inquiry handling and closing skills.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

### Preferred:

* Experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or client servicing.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

### Location Requirement:

* Candidates should reside within *2 to 7 km* of the office location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
