Job Title: R&D; Executive – Electrical / LED Lighting & Components
Location: Greater Noida – EPIP Site
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced R&D; Executive for an Electrical / LED Lighting & Components manufacturing organization in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have relevant R&D; experience specifically in the Electrical, LED Lighting or LED Components industry.

Candidates with R&D; experience from unrelated industries will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and development for new and existing electrical/LED lighting products.
- Support new product development, testing and product improvement activities.
- Conduct product performance testing and evaluation.
- Identify opportunities for product quality and performance improvement.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during product development.
- Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues.
- Maintain R&D; records, product specifications, test reports and documentation.
- Assist in improving product performance, reliability and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant experience in R&D; within the Electrical / LED Lighting / LED Components industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in product development and testing.
- Knowledge of LED lighting products, electrical components and product specifications.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and testing requirements.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing/R&D; environment.
