Position Overview

Prici Tech Engineering is seeking an experienced CNC Service Engineer (Electrical) to support our expanding operations. In this role, you will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and field service of CNC machinery, drive systems, and control panels. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience working with industrial automation and CNC controllers.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, control circuits, servo drives, motors, and PLC systems on CNC machinery.
- Installation & Commissioning: Execute electrical wiring, panel setup, calibration, and commissioning of CNC machines at client or facility sites.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular electrical inspections, panel re-wiring, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Schematic Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for diagnostic procedures.
- Client & On-Site Support: Attend breakdown calls,



provide on-site technical resolution, and train operators on secure electrical practices.
- Documentation: Prepare service reports, document parts replaced, and log technical solutions for internal records.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: ITI Electrical, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in CNC machine electrical maintenance or service engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi), AC/DC drives, encoders, sensors, and electrical safety standards.
- Tools & Test Equipment: Proficiency in using multimeters, insulation testers, and diagnostic equipment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for field service visits as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
