Data & Leaderboard Manager — Public Awareness Campaign

About the Role

HPPCHRI is looking for a detail-oriented Data & Leaderboard Manager to maintain participant records, track campaign performance, and manage leaderboard data throughout the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of campaign participants and entries.

Track participation, scores, engagement metrics, and eligibility.

Update and maintain the campaign leaderboard.

Verify and organise submitted data.

Identify and flag discrepancies or incomplete information.

Prepare regular data summaries and reports.

Support the campaign team during evaluation and final selection processes.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Basic data management and reporting skills.





High attention to detail and accuracy.

Solid organisational and record-keeping abilities.

Ability to manage recurring data updates and deadlines.

Experience with campaign/event data management is preferred.
