About the Opportunity

Camellia Staffing is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, communication, and working with people. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, career-driven, and willing to learn the complete recruitment lifecycle while working on real client requirements.

You will get hands-on exposure to sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and clients, and managing recruitment activities from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and prepare a clear understanding of job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and role suitability.
- Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and career prospects to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work on multiple job openings and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support the team in completing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Develop strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Meet assigned recruitment and performance targets.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates over phone and other communication channels.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
- Previous internship or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Education

Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Final-year students and recent graduates interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
