- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills a plus).
- Excellent coordination and follow-up discipline — able to track multiple open items across teams without things slipping through.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email/WhatsApp business communication.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales order processing systems (or a strong aptitude to learn quickly).
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, especially in quotations and order data.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven B2B sales environment.
