Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Head – Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil execution activities for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in general civil works, site execution, grading, drainage, road layouts, foundations, and civil design coordination.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Manage general civil works including grading, drainage, roads, foundations, and related infrastructure works.
- Review and interpret General Arrangement Drawings, Civil 3D drawings, AutoCAD drawings, sections, and construction documents.
- Prepare/review grading designs, grading sections, road layouts, road sections, and drainage layouts.
- Perform and review cut-and-fill calculations and earthwork requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise foundation and structural-related civil works and ensure proper coordination with structural teams.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical challenges, and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor construction quality, material usage, workmanship, and compliance with safety requirements.




- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress and quality documentation.
- Coordinate revisions and resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Prepare and maintain relevant site reports, measurements, quantity calculations, and progress updates.

Technical Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of General Civil Works and real estate construction.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with:
- Civil 3D alignment sheets
- Profile sheets
- Grading and grading sections
- Drainage layouts
- Road layouts and sections
- Cut-fill calculations
- Soil-erosion layouts and details
- General Arrangement Drawings
- Good understanding of steel and concrete structures and foundations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of other civil/structural design software will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate/residential/commercial construction industry.
- Strong experience in civil site execution and project coordination.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Civil 3D, grading, drainage, road layouts, and foundation works will be preferred.
- Strong site management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Civil Engineer with strong site execution and general civil design knowledge, capable of managing civil activities independently while coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
