About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Assistant to support our company's digital marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our social media platforms, creating engaging promotional content, and helping us grow our online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, photography/video, content creation, reels, designing and digital marketing and has a good understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the company's Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
- Assist with product photography and video shooting for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos, reels and brochure printing by using relevent tools and applications.
- Create promotional creatives, banners, product highlights and advertisements.
- Assist in planning and maintaining a social media content calendar and GMB.
- Research current social media trends, reels formats, sounds and content ideas.
- Write or assist with captions, hashtags and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the sales/store team to collect product information, photos and videos for promotions.
- Assist with online promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments and messages and assist with responses.




- Keep track of basic social media performance and provide ideas for improving reach and engagement.
- Support other digital marketing and promotional activities of the company.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video making and editing apps.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital marketing.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Willingness to learn new digital tools and social media trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with good creativity and social media skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
