Job Summary

The QA/QC Manager will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across multiple interior fit-out projects. The role is responsible for developing quality systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, industry standards, and company procedures while driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

- Establish quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality control processes for all projects.

- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements from a quality perspective.

- Lead the QA/QC team across multiple projects and provide technical guidance and mentoring.

- Ensure compliance with approved materials, workmanship standards, and client specifications.

- Conduct regular site quality audits and inspections to monitor project quality.

- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality checklists, and inspection reports.

- Manage NCRs, corrective actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis to prevent recurring quality issues.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Design, Procurement, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors to resolve quality concerns.

- Ensure mock-ups, sample approvals, and benchmark installations meet quality expectations before execution.





- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality performance reports for management.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, defects, and customer complaints.

- Lead final quality inspections, snag closure, and project handover activities.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards and other applicable regulations.

- Support prequalification, vendor evaluation, and quality assessment of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills

- 15–20 years of experience in QA/QC for interior fit-out projects.

- Proven experience in managing quality across multiple large-scale projects.

- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, furniture, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, glass, metal, painting, stone, and MEP coordination.

- Excellent understanding of QA/QC documentation, inspection procedures, and quality audits.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Reduction in project rework and quality defects.

- First-time inspection approval rate.

- Timely closure of NCRs and punch-list items.

- Client satisfaction and successful project handovers.

- Compliance with company quality standards and ISO requirements.

- Continuous improvement in quality processes and team performance.

Pay: ₹465,251.96 - ₹1,784,253.12 per year
