We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Australian recruitment.

If you have experience working with Australian clients, sourcing candidates for Australian roles, and managing the recruitment process independently, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Recruit for Australian clients across various roles and industries.
- Source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Liaise with Australian clients regarding vacancies and candidate requirements.
- Arrange interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate offers and assist with the placement process.




- Maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Essential Experience

- Previous recruitment experience in Australia.
- Experience dealing directly with Australian clients.
- Proven experience hiring candidates for Australian businesses.
- Knowledge of Australian recruitment practices.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and recruitment KPIs.
