Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling
- Handle walk-in students, phone enquiries, and online enquiries. Understand their academic background, budget, and career goals.
- Career and Course GuidanceRecommend suitable countries, courses and universities based on the student’s profile.
- Lead Follow-Up and Conversion
- Contact students through phone calls, WhatsApp and direct meetings.
- Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Guide students through university applications, SOPs, LORs and other admission requirements.
- Check passports, academic documents, financial documents and other required records.
- Guide students through documentation, appointment scheduling, interview preparation and visa application procedures.
- Provide regular updates,



track deadlines and maintain a professional relationship with students and parents.
- Update student information, follow-up status and application progress correctly in the CRM or company tracker.

Work closely with the admissions, visa, finance and documentation teams to ensure a smooth student process.Work towards monthly counselling, admission and revenue targets.

Requirements for Senior Positions

Candidates applying for Senior Counsellor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Branch Manager should have:

- Relevant counselling or sales experience
- Team-handling and leadership skills
- Target planning and performance-management ability
- Strong knowledge of the study-abroad process
- Ability to train, guide and review team members

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
