RESPONSIBILITIES

- Beverage Preparation: Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea drinks & maintaining a clean workspace, and providing friendly customer service, while learning the fundamentals of barista skills.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following established procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential customer preferences.
- Learning and Development: Be open to learning new barista skills and techniques, such as latte art, coffee brewing methods, and customer service best practices.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
