Lennora is a contemporary Indian linen clothing brand rooted in thoughtful design, natural fabrics and modern Indian living. We are looking for a Social Media & E-commerce Intern to join our team and take an active role in managing Lennora’s digital presence across social media and website.

This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone interested in fashion, branding, content and e-commerce, and who wants practical experience in how a growing fashion brand is built and managed.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media

- Assist in planning and executing Lennora’s social media content calendar.
- Manage day-to-day Instagram content including posts, reels and stories.
- Write captions and basic content copy aligned with Lennora’s brand voice.
- Coordinate content requirements for product shoots, campaigns and launches.
- Assist with creating and editing basic social media content.
- Research relevant fashion, lifestyle and social media trends.
- Monitor Instagram engagement, reach and content performance.
- Assist with responding to comments, DMs and customer enquiries.
- Maintain consistency in Lennora’s visual identity and communication across platforms.

Website & E-commerce

- Upload and update products on Lennora’s website.
- Add product images, descriptions, pricing, sizes and other relevant information.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete and visually consistent.
- Update collections, categories, homepage content and promotional sections.
- Support website updates during recent collection and product launches.
- Regularly check the website for missing information, outdated content or basic errors.
- Coordinate with the founder and website developer for required changes.
- Assist in maintaining an organised and updated digital product catalogue.

Graphic Design & Visual Content





- Assist in creating basic digital creatives for social media, website and marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of story templates, promotional creatives, banners and other brand communication.
- Maintain consistency in Lennora’s typography, layouts, imagery and overall visual language.
- Adapt existing brand assets into different formats for digital platforms.
- Assist with simple photo editing and visual content preparation when required.

Brand & Marketing Support

- Assist with collection launches, campaigns, shoots and other brand activities.
- Help organise and maintain digital content and brand assets.
- Research competitors, fashion brands and relevant market trends.
- Support exhibitions, offline events and other marketing initiatives when required.
- Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with the founder on day-to-day brand and marketing execution.

What We’re Looking For

- Recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion, Fashion Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Design or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion, social media, branding and e-commerce.
- Good visual sense and an understanding of Instagram and fashion content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CapCut or other video-editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on fashion brand environment.
- Curious, dependable and eager to learn how a fashion brand operates beyond social media.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
