HR Career Launch Program – HR Intern Organization: InterNova EduTech Internship Duration: 30 Days Mode: Remote Program Type: Learning & Skill Development Internship Role Overview The HR Career Launch Program is designed for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring HR professionals who want hands-on experience in Human Resource Management. Interns will work on practical HR projects and assignments under mentor guidance and gain exposure to recruitment, candidate communication, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and performance management. Key Responsibilities - Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Communicate professionally with candidates through calls, emails, and messages. - Support employee onboarding, documentation, orientation, and record management. - Assist with HR operations, including maintaining databases, updating employee records, and preparing reports. - Support employee engagement activities, surveys, recognition programs, and HR events. - Assist in performance management, including collecting feedback and supporting evaluation processes. - Participate in practical HR projects and stay updated with HR trends and best practices. - Complete assigned HR projects and weekly learning activities under mentor supervision.
