Role Summary

We are seeking highly accomplished, CA-Qualified Professionals with a minimum of 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Record to Report (R2R) on behalf of our premier client. In this role, you will take absolute ownership of the end-to-end R2R lifecycle. You will drive core ledger accuracy, handle complex balance sheet reconciliations, execute month-end closures, and maintain strict accounting controls within an enterprise ERP setting.

Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting Operations: Manage and lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes and financial workflows.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee comprehensive General Ledger (GL) accounting, auditing, and multi-tier reconciliations.
- Journal Ledger Control: Prepare, review, and post intricate monthly journal entries with deep transactional precision.
- Balance Sheet Governance: Perform meticulous Balance Sheet reconciliations, structural variance tracking, and deep-dive account analysis.
- Period Closures: Drive timely and accurate support for month-end, quarter-end, and financial year-end closing activities.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Systematically identify, investigate, and resolve complex accounting discrepancies or systemic financial variances.

Maintain high-standard documentation while enforcing rigid adherence to internal accounting controls and financial standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate actively with cross-functional corporate teams and internal business units to streamline accounting integrations.

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is strictly mandatory.
- Post-CA Experience: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated, relevant post-qualification experience specializing in R2R profiles.
- Core Technical Stack: Hands-on experience working directly with at least one enterprise tool: BlackLine, SAP ERP, or Oracle ERP is mandatory.
- Domain Mastery: In-depth, functional knowledge of enterprise-level financial reporting, general ledger processing, and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Work Arrangement: 100% On-site (5 Days Work From Office).
- Job Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (Bangalore), India.
- Operational Shift: UK Shift schedule.

- Notice Period Limit: Maximum up to 60 days.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
