- Certification: Qualified CA certification.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- Experience: Varies from fresh graduates to 5+ years for senior roles.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Core Competencies:Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, audit experience, and ability to prepare financial statements.
- Managing books of accounts (GL, AP, AR).
- Handling statutory compliance, including GST and TDS filings.
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
- Providing tax planning and consulting.
