Job Title: AI Engineer (Generative AI / LLM Engineer)

Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer (Generative AI / LLM Engineer) to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning frameworks, and Cloud-based AI services to create scalable and impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize AI applications using LLMs, NLP, and machine learning techniques.
- Build AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Participate in model deployment and MLOps activities.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Understanding of REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes,
and Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge of MLOps concepts and CI/CD practices.
- Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI application development.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance domain.
- Exposure to AI Governance, Model Monitoring, and Responsible AI principles.
- Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent AI/ML certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience building AI-powered chatbots, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations for enterprise AI deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance domain.
- Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and Responsible AI principles.
- Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent AI/ML certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
