- Handling inbound and outbound queries for course/program admissions
- Providing accurate information and guidance to walk-in or call-in clients
- Following up with leads through CRM and closing enrollments
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Maintaining daily call logs and reporting performance to seniors
- Positive command over English and Hindi, excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in education, hospitality or service-based sales preferred
- Experience: 2+ years in client-facing sales or counselling roles
