Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. Daily activities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, following up on inbound leads, executing outbound outreach, and preparing proposals and commercial terms. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather customer feedback, and support account expansion. The Sales Executive will also track sales activities in CRM tools, meet or exceed defined targets,



and represent salesmax.ai at client meetings and relevant industry events.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and consultative selling, with the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM software, sales reporting, and pipeline management to maintain accurate and timely records of opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively.
- Comfort with technology solutions, preferably SaaS or AI-driven products, and the ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within technology or software industries.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South and travel locally for client meetings as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
