HIRING: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SALES INTERN

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident fresher who enjoys talking to people and is interested in learning customer relationship management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer data and CRM records

Handle customer enquiries through calls and WhatsApp

Make follow-up calls and cold calls for lead generation

Reconnect with existing and inactive customers

Assist in converting enquiries and leads into sales

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Inform customers about new collections, offers and personalised services

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions

Assist in customer engagement and retention activities

Support the sales and marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

Good communication and convincing skills

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone





Robust interest in sales and customer relationship management

Positive and proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp

Good organisational and follow-up skills

Jewellery or retail interest will be an added advantage

Important:

We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, follow up consistently, understand customers and learn how to convert conversations into sales.

Stipend: As per skills and interview

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
