Structural Design Engineer

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with a robust interest in structural engineering and a good understanding of fundamental structural concepts. The candidate will work as part of our design team and will be involved in structural design, detailing, coordination and site-related technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Prepare structural design calculations, drawings and detailing requirements.
- Develop practical structural solutions considering architectural and site requirements.
- Coordinate with design engineers, detailers and other members of the project team.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, architects and other consultants as required.
- Review drawings and ensure that design intent is properly reflected in structural details.
- Visit project sites whenever required for inspections, technical clarification and coordination.




- Respond to site queries and assist in resolving structural issues during execution.
- Take responsibility for assigned work and deliver it within project schedules.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should have a sound understanding of structural engineering fundamentals, including load paths and the behaviour of structural elements such as slabs, beams, columns and foundations. We value conceptual understanding and willingness to learn more than extensive software knowledge for a fresher.

The candidate should also be a good team player, willing to communicate, coordinate and learn from other team members. A responsible attitude towards work, attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to visit sites when required are important for this role.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
