- Manage and maintain the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Upload, update, and verify customer and lead data.
- Assign leads to sales representatives as per the defined allocation process.
- Track lead movement and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Monitor lead status and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to resolve CRM-related issues.
- Maintain records of lead sources, conversions, and team performance.
- Support management with backend documentation and MIS reports.
