Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tele Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in payment collection and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up.

2.Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

3.Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up status.

4.Handle customer queries related to payment issues.

5.Coordinate with internal departments for account reconciliation.

6.Provide regular reports on collection status.

Requirements:

Proven experience in payment collection

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
