We’re Hiring: Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee Interior and Architectural project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth coordination at site.

Position: Site Supervisor
Location: RRNagar, Bangalore
Experience: 6 months–1 Year (B.E./Diploma Civil preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and workforce coordination
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, design, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other teams
- Monitor site progress, quality, and timelines
- Conduct site measurements and maintain execution records
- Ensure material availability and track site requirements
- Report site updates and issues to the design/architect team
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,



and discipline at site

Requirements:

- Experience in interior fit-out / construction site supervision preferred
- Basic understanding of drawings and execution details
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage labour and multiple vendors efficiently
- Two-wheeler & local travel flexibility preferred
