- Prepare BOMs based on approved AHU technical drawings and designs.
- Create and maintain BOMs manually in Excel and in ERP software.
- Verify BOM accuracy before release for procurement and production.
- Update BOMs as per engineering revisions and customer requirements.
- Ensure correct quantity calculations of AHU components, sheet metal parts, coils, filters, fans, motors, dampers, insulation, hardware, and accessories.
- Maintain BOM revision history and documentation.
- Create and update Item Masters in ERP.
- Generate BOMs and Production Orders in ERP.
- Ensure accurate data entry of materials, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
- Monitor material consumption and production status through ERP.
- Coordinate with stores and purchase departments for system accuracy.
- Prepare production schedules based on customer delivery requirements.
- Release work orders to production departments.
- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and testing departments.
- Track production progress and address planning issues.




- Monitor daily production status against planned targets.
- Check material availability against BOM requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement for shortages and pending materials.
- Work closely with stores for inventory verification.
- Assist in minimizing production delays due to material shortages.
- Maintain production planning records and BOM databases.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Prepare material requirement reports (MRP).
- Maintain project-wise manufacturing records.
- Coordinate with Design Department for drawing revisions.
- Work with Purchase Department for material planning.
- Support Production Team in resolving BOM-related issues.
- Liaise with Quality Department for engineering and material compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
