We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities for IT Services.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, networking, and outbound sales.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project discussions and handovers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales.
- Good understanding of software development services, web development, mobile applications, AI, and digital solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling international clients.
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
