Key Responsibilities

Create designs for Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace/e-commerce listings, including product images, banners, A+ content and promotional creatives.
Design social media campaigns, digital ads and brand communication across multiple formats.
Work on packaging, labels, cartons and other product-related design requirements.
Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them across different consumer touchpoints.
Work directly with marketing managers, category teams, sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
Understand briefs shared through Excel sheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, emails or verbal discussions, and convert them into transparent visual communication.
Manage multiple projects, sizes, adaptations and revisions while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
Prepare final artworks with strong attention to typography, layout, colour, product information and technical specifications.
Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, visualisation and improving creative productivity.

Ideal Candidate

Strong Senior Graphic Designer Profile from a B2C/D2C/Consumer products background with AI exposure

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of graphic design experience, with at least the recent 4+ years in B2C/D2C/Consumer brands (preferably FMCG, personal care, lifestyle)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing for marketplace/e-commerce listings (Amazon, Flipkart) — product images, banners, A+ content, and promotional creatives

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have hands-on experience across social media campaigns, digital ads, and brand communication in multiple formats

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience with packaging, labels, cartons, and product-related design

Mandatory (Skill 1):



Must have strong design fundamentals — typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

Mandatory (Skill 2): Must be able to work independently, taking a brief from requirement to final execution, including from Excel sheets, Word docs, PPTs, emails, or verbal discussions

Mandatory (Tools 1): Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and the broader Creative Suite

Mandatory (Tools 2): Must be able to use AI-based creative and image-generation tools for ideation, visualisation, and productivity

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio is mandatory and must demonstrate work across e-commerce, campaigns, social media, and packaging

Mandatory (Collaboration): Must be comfortable working directly with marketing managers, category teams, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders rather than depending only on formal creative briefs

Mandatory (Company): B2C/D2C/Consumer product companies13Preferred (Tools): Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
