- Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished carbon products.
- Conduct tests: moisture, ash, volatile matter, iodine number, MB value, hardness, pH, bulk density, mesh size.
- Prepare COA for finished goods.
- Maintain QC lab records, daily reports, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify specifications.
- Report quality deviations and coordinate with production for corrective action.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
