Are you a passionate culinary leader with a flair for innovation and excellence? We are seeking a Head Chef to helm our restaurant kitchen in Nashik at Sula Vineyards, bringing creativity, leadership, and expertise to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, and staff management, ensuring high culinary standards and teamwork.

Drive efficiency and profitability by managing food costs, minimizing waste, and implementing effective cost-control strategies.

Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.

Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, presentation, and timely service for an exceptional dining experience.

Lead, mentor, and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Take charge in the absence of the Executive Chef, demonstrating strong leadership and operational expertise.

Manage inventory, stock rotation, and storage practices to optimize resources and maintain quality.

Communicate effectively with management, kitchen staff, and service teams to create a seamless kitchen operation.





Stay updated with industry trends, bringing fresh, creative ideas to menu development and innovation.

Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate a dynamic kitchen team.

Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.

Secure Food Handling Certification and adherence to all food safety regulations.

Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.

A creative mindset with a passion for menu development and culinary innovation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
