Looking for an experienced Immigration Counsellor who can confidently handle client counselling and visa/immigration processes.

Location: VESU, SURAT
Experience: 1–3+ Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Commission
Department: Immigration & Visa Services

KEY REQUIREMENTS

✅ Experience in Immigration / Visa Consultancy / Overseas Education / Travel & Visa Services / International Recruitment
✅ Strong practical knowledge of Canada, USA & UK visa processes
✅ Knowledge of Visitor, Student, Work, Dependent/Spouse & PR/Immigration pathways
Solid understanding of visa documentation, biometrics, medicals, PCC & appointments
Ability to assess client profiles and basic eligibility
Strong client counselling & communication skills
Good English, Hindi & Gujarati communication
Good knowledge of MS Office, email & online application portals
Strong attention to detail and client-handling skills
Ethical approach – No false information or guaranteed visa/PR promises

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel clients based on their profile and immigration goals
Explain visa options, eligibility, documents, process & fees
Handle Canada,



USA, UK and other visa applications
Review and verify client documentation
Complete online applications accurately
Coordinate biometrics, medicals, appointments & submissions
Track applications and provide regular client updates
Research the latest immigration rules and government requirements
Maintain confidential client records and case documentation
Handle new enquiries and support business development

PREFERRED PROFILE

1–3+ years of relevant experience in

Immigration Consultancy

- Visa Consultancy
- Overseas Education & Immigration
- Travel & Visa Services
- International Recruitment
- Immigration Case Processing

Hands-on Canada, USA & UK visa processing experience will be preferred.

Experience with Australia, New Zealand, Europe/Schengen, Ireland or other destinations will be an added advantage.
