Job Summary

Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Counter Salesmen to join our retail store at Baghajatin, Kolkata. Candidates with a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear and accessories.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.

Experience

- 0–1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in Footwear, Apparel, FMCG, Pharmacy, or Retail will be an added advantage.




- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of POS/Billing software will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.
