We are looking for a confident, friendly and well-spoken Telecaller & Lead Handling Executive to manage incoming business leads, communicate with potential customers, and help convert enquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and business leads.

Call potential customers and understand their requirements.

Explain our services, pricing, offers and benefits clearly.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Maintain lead and customer records. Convert enquiries into appointments/admissions/sales. Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements.

Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers.

Prepare basic daily/weekly lead and conversion reports.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

Confident and polite personality.





Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling and computer/mobile applications.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
