We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in managing human resources and ensuring a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling HR-related information.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
- Process payroll and manage leave and attendance records.
- Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and employee engagement surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and organize employee events, Reward & Recognition, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist in HR policy development and updates, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.




- Support in HR reporting and data analysis to provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in human resources is preferred.

- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.

- Proficient in using HR software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
