- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video projects.




- Optimize video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate video marketing.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving video content and processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors or freelance professionals as needed for specialized projects.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davici resolve, Photo shop, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and audio.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate video editing.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques is a plus.
