Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and follow up with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Required Skills
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply.
- Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Marathi is preferred.
Qualifications
- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
