Overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal financial controls. The role supports management in making informed financial decisions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.





Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory accounting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

Analyze financial performance and provide management with actionable insights.

Prepare MIS reports, cost analyses, and profitability reports.

Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Implement and improve financial controls and accounting processes.

Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
