Immediate opening for a Software Support Engineer

Candidate will be responsible for :

- Learning and mastering our products and tools.

- Interacting with customers independently for resolution of issues.

- Taking customer feedback and solving queries.

- Resolution of technical issues reported by customers (L2 and L3 level support).

- Training customers on our Product.

- Customer satisfaction and retention.

- Maintaining proper records of work.

- Demonstration of the product for a prospective client.

Eligibility :

- Bachelors degree & minimum 2 years relevant experience within the enterprise IT sector.

- Excellent programming skill with passion for programming.

- Expertise in Java script with knowledge in node.js.

- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a passion for problem-solving and investigation.

- Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer and partner relationships by delivering high-quality support (Nice to have).

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to deal with rapid change and limited structure.
