- Identify and develop new customers in target industries.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and MIS reports.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in ERP systems.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Plastic, Polymer, Packaging, Masterbatch, PVC, Injection Molding, ,FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and industrial products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
