Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of manufacturing products within an assigned territory. The role involves identifying prospective customers, developing new accounts, maintaining existing relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily customer visits within the assigned territory.
- Identify and convert new leads through field visits, referrals and industrial clusters.
- Present products and explain relevant technical specifications to prospects.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain existing customer accounts and support repeat business.




- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues as required.
- Submit daily visit, lead and weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for order fulfilment and delivery timelines.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales or a related sales role.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Knowledge of territory planning and customer handling.
- B2B or industrial customer-handling experience preferred.
- Good product presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
- Tamil and basic English communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
