We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales and SaaS. The candidate should have good communication skills, a robust understanding of the sales process, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and build client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT services and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales meetings with potential clients.
- Handle field sales activities and meet clients when required.
- Maintain and update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client requirements.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT Sales and SaaS products/services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales process.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
