Social Media Account ManagerAbout the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Account Manager who can manage social media accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive engagement and growth through effective content and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars based on client objectives.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, and other creative teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Plan and manage posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and social media trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
- Understand each client's brand identity, target audience, tone of communication, and business goals.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, feedback, approvals, and content requirements.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, audience growth, and overall brand visibility.




- Coordinate and monitor paid social media campaigns/Meta Ads in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify current content and growth opportunities.
- Ensure all content is published accurately and according to the approved schedule.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
- Good knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, and social media analytics is preferred.

Experience

3–4years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role is preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good portfolio may also be considered.

Someone who is creative, responsible, trend-aware, detail-oriented, and confident in handling clients independently, with a genuine understanding of how social media can help brands grow.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
