Your work profile

- Develop and execute IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define technology roadmaps, target operating models, and transformation plans.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology transformation programs.
- Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and executive steering mechanisms.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
- Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to support successful transformation outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify strategic priorities and investment opportunities.
- Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, and transformation KPIs.
- Monitor program progress, budgets, timelines, risks, and benefits realization.
- Support IT operating model, governance, and process transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate executive workshops, decision-making forums, and strategic planning sessions.
- Drive alignment between enterprise architecture, business strategy,



and technology investments.
- Lead vendor, partner, and third-party stakeholder management activities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.

Key skills required

- 10–15 years of experience in IT Strategy, Program Management, Change Management, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of IT operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise transformation.
- Experience managing program delivery, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, communications, and adoption strategies.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience working with C-suite leaders, business executives, and technology teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable transformation initiatives.
- Robust leadership and team management experience in matrixed environments.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, or relevant transformation certifications.
- Experience with Cloud, ERP, Digital, Data & AI, Technology Modernization, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
- Consulting experience within large enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country transformation initiatives.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
