Job Description – Interior & Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Interior & Project Manager to independently manage and execute civil, interior, renovation, maintenance and building improvement projects across our residential, commercial and institutional properties.

The role will involve end-to-end project management, including planning, drawings, BOQs and costing, contractor/vendor coordination, site execution, quality control, MEP coordination, maintenance and final handover. The candidate should have a strong technical understanding along with a good eye for interiors, finishes and detailing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Independently plan, coordinate and execute civil, interior and renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, material specifications and project costings.
- Check quantities, rates and specifications received from contractors and vendors.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight variations or additional costs in advance.
- Supervise and monitor civil, interior, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry,



fabrication, waterproofing, flooring, false ceiling, painting and finishing works.
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify damage, wear and tear and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare regular project progress reports covering timelines, costs, completed works, pending decisions and key issues.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil/interior project execution, project management or building maintenance.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial and/or institutional projects will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of civil works, interior finishes, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, fabrication and structural works.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, tendering and contractor/vendor management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Should have a good eye for interiors, finishes, detailing and aesthetics.

Should be comfortable with regular site visits and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
