- Setting sales goals and developing strategies for achieving these goals
- Managing a team of sales associates, which may include hiring, training, and inspiring employees
- Monitoring the sales team’s performance and providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the features and benefits of various car models and manufacturers
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and handling complaints
- Working with the finance department to develop car loan and payment plans
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement advertising and promotional activities
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering new vehicles as needed
- Completing sales paperwork and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and company policies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
