We are seeking a Desktop Support Executive (Level 1) to provide first-level technical assistance and support to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows) and standard applications.
- Manage and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Ensure user account management (password reset, access permissions, email setup).
- Support end-users with MS Office / O365 applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per SOP.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and user interactions.




- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security guidelines, and data protection standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in desktop / IT support.
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
