About the Role

Kochi Mangrove Route is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Reservation Executive to manage customer enquiries, bookings, reservations, and sales for our mangrove kayaking and boating experiences in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and experience in reservations, tourism, hospitality, travel, or a similar customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain our kayaking, boating, and tour packages clearly to customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales communication.
- Manage daily reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
- Coordinate with guides and the operations team regarding confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers and pending enquiries.
- Handle customer questions regarding pricing, timings, availability, routes, and facilities.
- Maintain daily sales and reservation reports.
- Ensure timely confirmation and communication of bookings.
- Assist customers before, during,



and after their booking experience.
- Promote additional services such as private kayaking, group tours, and boating experiences.
- Monitor cancellations, rescheduling, and booking changes.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, reservations, tourism, hospitality, travel, or customer service is preferred.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and online booking systems.
- Ability to work with booking records, reports, and customer data.
- Good knowledge of Kochi and nearby tourist destinations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced tourism environment.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred. Hindi or other languages will be an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Full-Time Position
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Tourism operations may require flexibility during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
