1. Product Support Advocate – Microsoft Process

- Handle technical queries related to Windows, Microsoft 365, Office, Surface, and other Microsoft products
- Troubleshoot issues through voice, chat, and email
- Assist customers with "How-To" queries and product configuration
- Provide remote troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

Required:

- 1+ years of Technical/Product Support experience mandatory
- Microsoft product support experience preferred
- Excellent English communication and troubleshooting skills

2. Gaming Support – Phone & Chat

- Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot gaming products, software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Assist with billing, subscriptions,



refunds, and account-related queries
- Guide customers through product setup and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate tickets and ensure timely resolution

Required:

- 1+ years of Gaming/Technical Support experience mandatory
- Gaming support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Common Eligibility

- Freshers are NOT eligible
- 15 years of full time education is mandatory
- Comfortable with rotational/international shifts
- Strong English communication skills

CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
