Job Overview

As a Tele‑Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role is to engage, inform, and guide them toward suitable programs, ensuring a smooth admission process and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to prospective learners.
- Explain course details, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow‑ups in CRM.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counselling.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead management.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in tele‑counselling,



education sales, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
