- Supervise and coordinate metal furniture assembly activities to ensure quality, productivity, and timely completion of production targets.
- Coordinate closely with vendors and suppliers regarding materials, fabrication, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Handle dispatch operations and ensure finished products are properly packed, documented, and dispatched on time.
- Apply robust knowledge of metal materials, fabrication processes, assembly techniques, hardware, and finishing requirements.
- Check and verify metal quality, grade, thickness, dimensions, strength, welding, and finishing as per required standards and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks of finished metal furniture to ensure proper assembly, dimensions, finishing, strength, appearance, and compliance with required quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production, purchase, stores, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
